Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care while working with diverse medical teams across various settings. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, assessing and monitoring patients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and processing as needed.
• Assist in critical care situations within ICU or emergency settings.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Active BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Experience in clinical settings such as ICU, pediatrics, or hospice preferred.
• Medical ICU experience in large facility, comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy and catheterization procedures competently.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
